Return Policy

If a customer returns a vehicle within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015,

The following conditions apply.

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as sold. If there is any damage to the exterior bodywork or interior of the vehicle, additional charges will apply based on repair costs.

An administrative fee of £250 will be charged.

A valeting fee of £150 will be charged.

A mileage charge of 42 pence per mile will be applied for any mileage accrued during the ownership.

It is the customer's responsibility to return the vehicle to our dealership in Portsmouth. If the customer cannot return the vehicle themselves, we can arrange a third-party collection. Collection costs will vary depending on the customer's location and will be quoted at the time of arrangement.

This ensures clarity and sets customer expectations upfront.
